Refund and Returns Policy for Laminate Floor World

Firstly, at Laminate Floor World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Secondly, if for any reason you are not satisfied. We offer a refund and returns policy that allows you to return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we only apply this policy to products that are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at quotes@laminatefloors.co.za within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. If the product meets these requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

All returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to a handling fee of 10 – 25%. The exact handling fee will be determined at the time of return and varies depending on the manufacturer and/or vendor the material came from originally.

No returns will be accepted for special orders, closeouts, custom made material, discontinued items, moldings, trim, adhesives, underlayment’s, or any other kinds of accessories.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at quotes@laminatefloors.co.za within 14 days of receiving the product. Laminate Floor World will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

We will inspect the damaged or defective product upon receipt and determine whether it resulted from a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. We will issue a full refund or exchange for a product of equal value, including the cost of return shipping.

Lastly, If the damage or defect is a result of misuse or abuse of the product, the refund or exchange may be denied.
